This spirited exhibit explores the life of the circus from a golden age long forgotten. These works which are heavily layered with vibrant paint, plaster, collage and other found materials beg the viewer to dig deeper. At first glance these pieces appear whimsical but upon further exploration they take you into the mystical and magical yet sometimes dark world of circus life.
